A 1979 appointment with Jesus Christ turned Jennifer (J.R.) Hamilton’s life upside down and completely around. It resulted in something worth talking about, something that resonates throughout her writing.

Presently, Jennifer is muddling through a memoir, “which,” she says, as she rolls her eyes and shakes her head, “will take the rest of my life to write, I’m sure.”

She dabbles with articles, too, chuckling over her near disastrous blunders in early marriage and motherhood. “You gotta laugh. I mean… besides, I’ve lived long enough now to know that God has it all covered. Could someone please tell that to my kids?”

But it was Tuesday nights with Inspire Christian Writers where she received a reputation for her in-depth critiques, and that prodded a new calling—as an editor—down the career birthing canal.”
