Bridging a Christian upbringing with a new found Jewish heritage creates the backdrop for Marta’s work in progress, a fiction book titled, Martha’s Place.

Her desire to write for an audience beyond herself occurred when she began journaling her yearly treks to Israel in an email blog.

Marta graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Biblical Literature, and began her career as a bookkeeper, office manager and eventually executive secretary for an education/lobbying organization. Along the way she married her best friend, Lester (32 years), raised a daughter and son and proudly talks about seven grandchildren. She also shares her home and life with two kitties. She attends Beth Yeshua Messianic Synagogue in Rancho Cordova.
