Robin is an aspiring author/illustrator who is excavating her life experience and over 30 years in the fields of business, teaching and marriage and family therapy in an attempt to encourage, educate, and empower others.  Robin received her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary in Los Gatos, California.  She currently directs a children’s mental health program at a non-profit agency in Citrus Heights, California.  Robin’s passion for helping hurting hearts heal combined with seeking inspiration from God’s Spirit led her to “Making Rainbows” with color, form, and word to bring light and comfort to those in need.

Robin’s current projects include writing and illustrating children’s picture books as well as a YA epic adventure work in process.  She recently won the logo contest for the SCBWI 2013 Spring Spirit Conference.

Robin has a wonderful life with her studious and fun-loving husband, Jim; her special artistic and musical son, Grant; and the everlasting puppies, Missy and Tucker.  She is also blessed by her two older sons, Nathan, a caring and talented man who has yet to discover his true calling; and Miles, beautiful husband to Corina and fabulous daddy to Amori while he is serving our country in the Air force.  Robin counts her family as truly blessed!
